FORD C-4 ACC Performance Torque Converter

You are bidding on a new ACC Performance (Alabama) Boss Hog "Night Stalker" torque converter. For Ford C-4 case filled transmissions. 10 1/2" bolt circle, 24 spline, 1.375" crank pilot.

Street special, these are a tough and reliable converter. Depending on your application you can expect between 1600 and 2200 stall speed. A good choice for stock to mildly modified engines. Similar to a factory hi-stall converter.

ACC converters are built, inspected, and tested by hand to exacting specifications. Welded fins, aluminum washers (no fiber), and heavy duty bearings make these tough to beat for the price!

General converter guidelines:

· If you know the RPM of your peak torque, choose a stall speed about 250-500 RPM less

· Cams with advertised durations up to 248° generally like stalls around 2000?2400.

Up to 268° : 2400 - 3000 stall

Up to 288°+ : 3000 - 3600 stall

All-out performance / race: 3600+ stall

· When in doubt, choosing a stall about 500 RPM more than the starting RPM power range of your cam usually works well, especially for street vehicles
